At Belle Bucks, we strive to provide a delightful shopping experience. However, if something doesn’t work out, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• The item is in resellable condition with all tags intact.

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible unless defective.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

• Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues (if the wrong size was ordered)

• Defective or damaged products (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos)

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after return approval.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item shipped, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

• For all other cases (like change of mind), customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
